While Middle Tennessee has hundreds of building professionals
engaged in providing adequate housing, very few are committed
to developing a “sense of place” ... those tangible and
intangible qualities that make a house a “home” and ultimately
make those homes into a vibrant, living neighborhood.
The Village at Providence is committed to the creation of such
places. Drawing on lessons from the past, The Village assembles
time-honored architecture, a diverse range of floor plans, wide
front porches, and lushly landscaped walkways and parks.
The Village also strives to promote the “art of strolling,” and
our site plan allows for the possibility of engaging conversation
among neighbors. We hope to facilitate that uniquely historic
American value of caring about those near you.
At the same time, privacy is important to us and to our residents.
Each home has the opportunity to have its own “secret garden,”
a place for quiet solitude and reflection.
Our community, at large, is enhanced by the elimination of the
“one size fits all” philosophy promoted by most builders. Each of
our homes is constructed with a range of personalized options
that allow for individual, creative expression.
